  BUILD: Add build folder to the include path for win32/phaethon.rc

Otherwise, the MinGW build fails because of the `config.h` file not being
found, when using a separate build directory.

  BUILD: Add FPM_64BIT preprocessor definition to CMakeLists.txt

This fixes the compilation error when using MSVC x64.

  BUILD: Add Boost to link directories in CMakeLists.txt

This fixes the linking error when using MSVC.
